sweet, thank you! i usually do a single layer in a glass baking dish. my broccoli always gets kind of dehydrated and brown while carrots are just kinda mushy. i always told myself that that’s just how they get…..this way will surely work much better :3 wish i could pin this video!

Mmm, tasty! I loved the presentation and the advice is pretty sound indeed. I try to cut my veggies just as she suggest, which makes me feel almost like a Masterchef!
